Shipping and Handling Costs

Items are shipped via Canadian U.S. Mail or Canpar ground. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order being placed (excluding weekends). Allow 7-10 days for delivery for most items. If we are back-ordered we will notify you if there may be a delay of up to 4 weeks. Shipping and handling charges are based on weight. For other shipping options outside of the continent, please contact us. We will confirm total shipping costs being debited to your credit card prior to shipping.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund (less shipping and handling) for items returned within 30 days and are in good condition with certain exceptions as outlined.

All returns, refunds, exchanges must be pre-authorized by calling 1-866-525-4478 and you will be given a return item number. Any damaged products received must be reported within 24 hour of receiving item.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on opened CD's, cassettes, or books.
